I received my sandals. I had asked for a slight modification in the heel and they delivered it exactly what I had asked for. The shoe quality is very nice. There is padding, so it's very comfortable to wear and walk in these. The size is also perfect. I got my shows exact on time and got excellent customer service throughout.
