How do I place an order?
Simply select your size and colour, click 'Add to Cart', and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
Can I place an order on WhatsApp?
Yes! You can share the product link with us on WhatsApp at 0337-3179600 and place your order directly. Our team will confirm availability, take your address, and arrange delivery. COD is available on WhatsApp orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order goes into packing and we cannot guarantee changes. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call if you need to amend your order.
How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, you'll see a field labelled 'Discount Code' or 'Promo Code'. Enter your code there and click Apply before completing payment. Only one discount code can be used per order. Sale items may not be eligible for additional discounts.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us on WhatsApp with the name and phone number you used at checkout — we'll verify your order and resend the confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 3–7 business days across Pakistan. Orders are packed within 24 hours of confirmation and dispatched via BlueEx courier. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free nationwide.
How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Novado ships internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. For bulk or wholesale international orders, contact us directly for a custom quote.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Courier delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons and holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll immediately follow up with the courier on your behalf.
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange any item within 15 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
- WhatsApp us at 0337-3179600 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
- Ship the item back via any courier (cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective).
- Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed.
I received the wrong or a defective item. What do I do?
We sincerely apologise. Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect or wrong item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 8–10 business days. For COD & Card Payment orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are our most common request and we're happy to help. Initiate within 15 days of delivery. The exchanged item must be unused and in original packaging. We'll dispatch the new size once we receive the returned item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. There are no extra charges for choosing COD.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. All card payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway with SSL encryption. Your personal and financial information is fully protected.
My payment failed but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
In most cases, failed transaction amounts are automatically reversed within 2–5 business days by your bank. If the amount hasn't been returned after 5 days, please WhatsApp us with a screenshot of the transaction and we'll liaise with the payment gateway on your behalf.
