How do I find my correct shoe size?
Measure your foot length in centimetres while standing. Add 1 cm for comfort.
Use our size guide:
- Size 6 → 24–24.5 cm
- Size 7 → 25–25.5 cm
- Size 8 → 26–26.5 cm
- Size 9 → 27–27.5 cm
- Size 10 → 28–28.5 cm
- Size 11 → 29–29.5 cm
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — our leather moulds to your foot over time.
Do you footwear fit true to size?
Yes, our Footwear are designed to fit true to size. However, if you have wider feet, we suggest going half a size up. The leather upper will soften and mould to your foot shape within 3–5 wears.
My left and right foot are different sizes. Which size should I order?
Always order the size that fits your larger foot. You can use an insole insert for the slightly looser foot to improve comfort. If the difference is more than one full size, please contact us on WhatsApp and we'll advise you on a custom fit option.
What type of leather do you use?
We use 100% genuine full-grain and Nappa leather sourced through our parent company NOVA Leathers, which holds LWG Gold Certification. Full-grain leather is the highest quality grade — it retains the natural grain surface and becomes more beautiful with age.
Is this product handmade or machine-made?
All Novado products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in our Karachi workshop. Each item is individually stitched, cut, and finished by hand, which means minor natural variations in texture or stitching are a sign of authenticity — not a defect.
Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
We photograph our products under natural light to show the most accurate colour. However, screen settings vary, and natural leather can have slight variations in shade. If you need to verify a specific colour before purchasing, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a real-time photo.
Do you offer customisation or personalisation?
Yes, we offer bespoke gifting options including monogramming and custom colour selection on select products. Delivery on custom orders takes 7–10 business days. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your requirements.
How do I clean and maintain my leather product?
For Footwear and bags:
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth after each use
- Apply a leather conditioner every 2–3 months
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or rain
- Store in the dust bag provided
What should I do if my leather product gets wet?
Blot away excess water with a dry cloth — do not rub. Allow it to dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight. Once dry, apply a leather conditioner to restore moisture. Never use a hairdryer or place on a heater.
Will the leather stretch over time?
Yes, genuine leather naturally softens and stretches slightly with wear, moulding to the shape of your foot or hand. This is a sign of quality, not a defect. Most customers find their Novado shoes become even more comfortable after 5–7 wears.
