Yes, our Footwear are designed to fit true to size. However, if you have wider feet, we suggest going half a size up. The leather upper will soften and mould to your foot shape within 3–5 wears.
Always order the size that fits your larger foot. You can use an insole insert for the slightly looser foot to improve comfort. If the difference is more than one full size, please contact us on WhatsApp and we'll advise you on a custom fit option.
We use 100% genuine full-grain and Nappa leather sourced through our parent company NOVA Leathers, which holds LWG Gold Certification. Full-grain leather is the highest quality grade — it retains the natural grain surface and becomes more beautiful with age.
All Novado products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in our Karachi workshop. Each item is individually stitched, cut, and finished by hand, which means minor natural variations in texture or stitching are a sign of authenticity — not a defect.
We photograph our products under natural light to show the most accurate colour. However, screen settings vary, and natural leather can have slight variations in shade. If you need to verify a specific colour before purchasing, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a real-time photo.

For Footwear and bags:
Blot away excess water with a dry cloth — do not rub. Allow it to dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight. Once dry, apply a leather conditioner to restore moisture. Never use a hairdryer or place on a heater.
